I believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to make an impact on people's lives in today’s world.  Being open, honest, and presenting only the facts you have gathered, not your perceptions.  Hi, I'm Merlinda, and I am a fifty something wife, mother, and fitness expert with 20+ years in the health and fitness industry. However, my journey to understanding how to reduce illness and disease, gain energy, and fantastic health started about five years ago, when I began studying the plant-based lifestyle.   

I was looking for a way to prevent, or at least reduce, the risks of certain pathologies that had taken the lives of my grandparents,  parents, two of my siblings, and have affected various other members of my family.   So I started my journey into the research of those pathologies known as - cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes, and the like.  The more I researched (and we aren't talking Dr. Google), the more I found regarding food and its effects on our bodies.    Since that time, I have helped friends, family, and clients learn how to gain better health through nutrition and movement - aka exercise.  Come along with me and learn how you too can live your healthiest, most delicious and energy filled life, with life long results!
