I don't know about all of you, but I am saying see you later 2021, and HELLO 2022! As for me and mine, we moved in the summer of 2021, are still not settled as I write this blog, and still searching for our forever home. I could let all the stress of not having a house, job, schedule or stability crush me, but actually this time of nomadic existence has been...FREAKING INCREDIBLE! I have learned to appreciate all the wonderful blessings Our Heavenly Father has bestowed upon me, taking time to enjoy everything around me, praying daily, working on new recipes, lots of Pilates and walks, and finding pleasure in the little things.

As with every New Year, we often make resolutions that sometimes we keep...and sometimes we don't.

What is 2022 holding for you? Perhaps you are thinking about taking some educational courses or starting a new hobby, or you promised yourself you would turn leave work at 5:00 and spend time with your loved ones or start playing a musical instrument, or maybe you have decided to start a new "diet" or exercise regimen. Whatever it may be, I challenge each of you to follow through with at least one of your resolutions. Creating a habit can take as little as 18 days, that is 2 weeks and 4 days - you can do this.

Personally, I have become more aware of my body, listening to what it is telling me (yes, your body does talk to you, and if you pay attention and listen to what it tells you, your life will change for the BETTER), and have begun modifying and improving certain habits, specifically, nutrition and exercise. I have started taking my Plant-Based Nutrition to another level, and I have to say that after just two weeks the changes are incredible (yes - weight loss, clarity, energy, skin is glowing - those kind of changes), and I am feeling better than ever!

So, what about making YOUR health a priority instead of an afterthought this year? What if I said you would have someone there to help you every step of the way?
